Abstract

The oxidants play a role in the pathogenesis of severalrespiratory disorders, including bronchial asthma. Many of thetriggers for asthma exacerbations, including viral infections andair pollutants, may activate the production of oxidants, whichproduces asthmatic symptoms. A lot of theories describe therole of different factors in oxidation reactions’ activation andthe cascades involved in respiratory obstructive diseases.
