Abstract

The aim of the article is to provide professional juridical information concerning the medical practice and legal aspects of patient – healthcare personnel relationships in the general context of fundamental human rights. Non patrimonial prejudices refer to physical or affective patient’s integrity damage caused by lack of or wrong information about his/her medical condition. Patient’s informed consent is mandatory before any medical manoeuvre.
