Eutanasia pro și contra

Abstract

Francis Bacon (1561–1626), man who used for the first time the word “euthanasia”, give it only a philosophical means. For the classification of euthanasia one can take two essential criteria: personal will of the patient and doctor's action. In Nederland euthanasia means the cutting of the life of a person who ask for it. In Nederland the history of euthanasia and medical assisted suicide last for approximately 30 years and is a bland of particular cases and changing in social and medical attitude with a final acceptance of it as a legal practice in April 2001. In the world there are no agreement in the problem of euthanasia and medical assisted suicide. Public debate in the opportunity of legal acceptance don’t are only a “gold subject” for sociologists or “hot one” for the journalists, but it is a real need in some countries. The whole experience in the world gives us no acceptable, simple and easy to apply solutions. Today or in the immediate future we can’t wait a unitary point of whew in the field of euthanasia.
