Biblioteca institutului medico-legal ,,Prof. Dr. Mina Minovici” din București - Glorie și declin

Abstract

In 1913, Prof. Mina Minovici gave the first information and evaluation of his library, estimated at 25.000 lei, and donated to the Institute. The paper presents parts of his first printed lecture from 1897 and his great Forensic Handbook. The first tome begins with a dedication: “To my country – which I see now with all boundaries, containing the whole Romanian people”. The book was awarded with the Romanian Academy Prize in 1930.
