Abstract

First, doctors of Brasov city, Johann Friedrich Mylius physicus ordinarius and Michael Czackul academicus and city surgeon, have established instruction for the doctor and surgeon of the city, on the second and fifth of December 1763, as they received orders from the city council. Both were concluded on the 7th of December 1763. They took on account these documents in 1782 when they established the doctors’ and pharmacists’ oath. We reproduce in this paper both the projects and the final instructions as they were established at those times. The material was given from the Brasov city archive, due to Mrs. Elisabeta Marin, director of the institution.
