Actualităţi în patogeneza bolnavului critic cu disfuncţie organică multiplă (MODS)

Abstract

In this paper we are further presenting recent data related to other key mechanisms substantiating the organ dysfunction, namely: 1. The activation/perturbation of the coagulation factors/fibrinolysis; 2. Excessive apoptosis and the oxidative stress; 3. Endothelium dysfunction and the emergence of the cellular injuries; 4. Genetic deficits substantiate such mechanisms.
