Gangrena Fournier: urgență urologică | [Fournier's gangrene urological emergency]

Abstract

Fournier's gangrene is a form of necrotizing fasciitis occurring about the male genitalia. In the mean time, this disease is a true urologic emergency that demands early recognition, aggressive treatment with antibiotics, and surgical debridement to reduce morbidity and mortality. This presentation is about a typical case of Fournier’s gangrene.
