Abstract

The treatment with stem cells remains a promising therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction. Hereupon, the conventional therapy resources don’t control adequately the evolution of the ventricular dysfunction, and the conditions for cardiac transplant are not accessible. The problems that need to be solved include the estimation of the stem cell type, which establishes the most efficient myocardial tissue regeneration, statements concerning the most efficient way to give the stem cells, withholding intracardiac of them, and application some methods for increase holding of the stem cell intramyocardic.
