Abstract

Hughes Syndrome (anti-phospholipidic syndrome) is an autoimmune disease with the following characteristics: multiple thromboses at any vascular level- arterial and venousassociated with recurrent spontaneous abortion in the presence of anti-phospholipidic antibodies (AFL- lupus anticoagulant, anti-cardiolipin antibodies) and sometimes associated thrombocytopenia.
