Factori biologici de prognostic evolutiv sever în hepatitele acute virale | [Biological aspects with prediction value of a severe evolution in acute viral hepatitis]

Abstract

This is a retrospective study about some biological aspects with prediction value of a severe evolution in acute viral hepatitis, made on 42 patients admitted in Infectious Diseases Hospital from Braşov during 1999-2003. There were identified the next biological factors: high values of seric bilirubin, over 5 mg% and special over 15 mg%, high values of TGP (ALAT), over 1000 UI/l, very low values of seric albumins, low values and/or with persistent dynamics or in decrease of seric prothrombin.
