Factori clinici de prognostic evolutiv sever în hepatitele acute virale | [Clinical factors of severe evolutive prediction in acute virale hepatitis]

Abstract

This is a retrospective study about some clinical aspects with prediction value of a severe evolution in acute viral hepatitis, made on 42 patients admitted in Infectious Diseases Hospital from Braşov during 1999 – 2003. There were identified the next clinical factors: chronic liver diseases (hepatitis, Ag HBs carrier), expose to liver toxics(drugs or others), reappearance or persistence of the digestive, neuropsychics and hemorrhages disturbances and fever, jaundice intensify, little liver or diminution of its size during the evolution of the disease.
