Controlul endotelial al hipercoagularii în sindroame coronariene acute | [Endothelial control of hipercoagulation in acute coronary syndromes]

antithrombotic therapy, acute coronary syndromes, vitamin K antagonistsAbstract
Antithrombotic therapy is an essential component of the management of patients with acute coronary syndromes. Combining antiplatelet therapy in the form of low-dose aspirin with vitamin K antagonists can be beneficial for the prevention of recurrent thrombotic events when moderate-intensity anticoagulation (INR 2-3) is achieved, although the limitations of current agents make their use far from ideal.Published
