Abstract

The diagnosis in acute pancreatitis, and more important: establish of the severity degree of this illness and the surgery time are very important. After the study of the clinical, biological and imagistic factors we establish the surgery time. The laparostomy in association with the enteral nutrition and the antibiotherapy represent the elective treatment.
