Imunohistochimia limfoamelor gastrice | [The immunohistochemistry of the gastric lymphomas]

Abstract

The present paper is part of a study that tries to identify the morphological aspects of gastric benign and malign lymphoid hyperplasic proliferation. This paper is discussing about the immunochemistry of these lymphoid proliferation, emphasizing on the malignancy and KI67 score, which is an independent prognostic factor, able to predict the evolution of the high grade malignancies, but unable on the other hand to discriminate between low-grade malignancies and the benign, reactive lymphoid hyperplasia.
