Abstract

Starch is one of the most important substances in glucose metabolism. It is important to know food composition for giving the right diet for different diseases and to respect the way of preparing meals. We can match fresh fruit and vegetable juices in the morning and boiled starch as flour pastes, bread, potatoes, and rice in the following meals. Never give preserved starch in children's diet and take care of forbidden aliments in each disease.
