Rehabilitation is a multi-profesional activity, which depends upon good communication between staff and the individual skills of the professionals involved. Specialised medical rehabilitation teams are led by a specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. The team works with the person with disabilities and family to set appropriate, realistic timely treatment goals within all over coordinated rehabilitation programme.
