The treatment of peroxisomal diseases included from the begining a diet control factor for eliminating exogenic contribution of fitanic acid. Using a liquid diet with controled composition is hard to be tolerated for a long time by the patient. Solid diet with control dose of fitanic acid is an efficient method of nutrition.Published
