Ignaz Philipp Semmelweis is one of the most famous Austrian Hungarian physician, who is a precursor in asepsis and antisepsis thanks to his discover connected with puerperal fever, a common disease from 19th century. He postulates the technique of washing the hands with chlorinates lime solutions, in 1847, gesture which reduce the mother mortality; according with his discovers he was called the “Savior of mothers”.Published
