Model computerizat de studiu a hemodinamicii poligonului willis în cazuri cu morfologie variabilă
Abstract
One of the debated issues in the literature is the relationship between vascular anastomoze which connect brain’s afferent arteries in Willis Circle and the brain sensitivity at no blood supply. Due to the limited exploratory possibilities of this territory mathematical modelling represent a viable alternative. The aim of this study was to calculate flow-rates and pressures in ideal Willis Circle with symmetric morphology and in some particular cases. We analysed 4 particular cases of ideal symmetric Willis Circle: the biggest lengths – biggest diameters, smallest lengths – smallest diameters, biggest lengths – smallest diameters, smallest lengths – biggest diameters. By our model we obtained flow-rates and pressures with clinical prediction.Published
