Evaluarea riscului expunerii complexe la factorii din mediul ambiental a unor grupuri populaţionale active din municipiul Braşov

Abstract

Our paper presents the evaluation’s results of the exposure to pollutants in workplaces other than the classic ones, using a model of multifarious factors. A risk evaluation was conducted and the used pattern could be a basis for elaborating some patterns for professional activities of exposure difficult to measure. To find out every employee’s exposure, the following calculations were accomplished: estimating the concentration for the pollution left behind by the traffic in the investigated area; measuring the dangerous substances in the investigated workplaces; determining the level of lead as an exposure biomarker. There is a clearcut increase of the pollution concentration determined in the atmosphere of the workplace at the batch of the exposed workers in comparison with the batch of witnesses, even if those values are not higher than the admitted limits for the communal area or than the admitted norms for the classic workplaces (enclosed spaces).
