Abstract

The present concept of dyspepsia converse an important part of the digestive pathology, even if it not a diagnosis, but a syndrome with multiple clinical and etiological issues. Concerning the peptic ulcer, it covers a wide range of concepts and replaces the old notion of „ulcerous disease”, but requires specifications about the most frequent spots for the gastric and duodenal disease.
