Meningo-encephalitis tuberculosis is an extrapulmonary form of the disease and represents 4-5% of the total cases of tuberculosis. We present the case of an older woman, age 80, who was hospitalized for prolonged febrile syndrome. The particularity of this case is the association of acute nephritis, a possible cause of the febrile syndrome, and the fact that meningoencephalitis is not accompanied of pulmonary tuberculosis.Published
