Acțiunea sevofluran vs. Sevofluran-remifentanil asupra depresiei cerebrale

Abstract

The aim of this project was to observe the difference between the action of sevofluran and sevofluran-remifentanil on cerebral depression. The EEG monitors used in the experiment were: Spacelabs in Aspect mode for BIS and the Simmens DS 7000 in spectral power EEG. Silver electrodes were used to conduct the signal. The patients were randomly split in two groups. The first group was on sevofluran while, to the second group, remifentanil was added. The result of the study was that the addition of remifentani reduces the concentration of sevofluran for the same end point of cerebral depression and pain-killing value. It is confirmed that addition is the relationship between the two substances.
