Contaminarea chimicǎ a alimentelor cu metale grele în județul Brașov, în perioada 2000-2004

Abstract

In the 2000-2004 period in the Braşov district, we analyzed 1174 samples of alimentary products, the medium contents of heavy metals been the next: Pb–0.0565 mg/kg (Und–0.85 mg/kg), Cd–0.013 mg/kg (Und–3.8 mg/kg), Cu – 0.627 mg/kg (Und–14.153 mg/kg), Zn–3.056 mg/kg (Und–24.88 mg/kg).
