Modificari ale colinesterazei serice la soareci de laborator dupa inoculare de cromati

Pollution with heavy metals and their toxicity represents a global issue. By their pathways from soil, water and air, heavy metals determine accumulations in plants and after they are passed through animals and humans. This study proposed the spectrometric detection of serum cholinesterase of two lots of laboratory animals (white mice from the biobase of Sanitary Veterinary and for Food Safety Direction of Brasov): a control lot (5 mice) and a test lot which was treated two times with 20 mg K2CrO4 / kg body weight mice (1 week between innoculations). There were obtained an important decrease of activity of serum cholinesterase which demonstrates a liver changes due by the toxicity of cromates at this level of concentration.
