Abstract

Vertebro-medullary trauma is the most important social problem due to the rising incidence. Vertebro-medullary trauma diagnostic requires radiological laboratory examinations including radiography, CT, MRI following certain tactics which require appropriate treatment. Spine radiography remains the first intention method followed by CT who value stability of the fracture and the complementary role of MRI in the assessment of spinal cord occur.
