Tumora retroperitoneala primitiva giganta

Abstract

This review describes the case of a 78-year-old woman, previously diagnosed with a large abdominal tumor, with retroperitoneal origin, which occupied the entire abdominal cavity. The case describes a primitive, giant retroperitoneal tumor with benign characteristics – lipoma which could be wholly extirpated.
