Elemente actuale in fiziopatologia pancreatitei acute

Abstract

The actual problems set by the physiopathology of the acute pancreatitis are represented by the mechanisms which start, at cellular level, the enzymatic activation process. In the pancreatic enzymes action are implied the protection mechanisms of the organisms and the primary lesions (injuries) which are produced at the acinar cellular level. From here, follow the physiopathological stages of evolution of acute pancreatitis, with all the consequences of the enzymatic activation and pancreatic and peripancreatic auto digestion.
