Abstract

There is no characteristic manifestations of the onset of disease, which hampers diagnosis of trichinosis than focused solely on clinical criteria. A proper medical history, with an epidemiological investigation based and prepared properly, can provide some data on the occurrence of clinical symptoms in individuals who consumed the same food, pointing to a form of trichinellosis diagnosis with an atypical evolution. These clinical manifestations are found impaired eye, along with allergic manifestations in the form of polymorphous rash with episodic evolution, which often bring problems of differential diagnosis. Being a condition in which a pathogen is an important component of allergic factor, land host that way it reacts to allergens, can print the form and evolution of the disease.
