Aspecte paraclinice în gripa pandemică AH1N1

Abstract

Novel pandemic flu AH1N1 has not presented until now great differences with seasonal flu concerning the mechanism of transmission human to human, clinical aspects, and therapy of uncomplicated cases. The aim was the study of some laboratory analyses in AH1N1 flu namely the biological inflammatory syndrome. It is a retrospective study, made on data analysis from medical papers of patients admitted with AH1N1 flu in Infectious Diseases Hospital from Braşov. The results of our study demonstrate that in the pandemic AH1N1 flu does not have specific alterations of laboratory parametriums. In this situation, the etiology setting requires virological tests.
