Abordarea multidisciplinară a plăgilor cronice

Abstract

The medical and social problems encountered by patients with chronic wounds represent the starting point for this paper. We want to highlight the importance of a dedicated medical center which must have three major objectives: to coordinate the patients for investigations and etiological treatment, to treat the wounds, and to maintain the treatment results. A competent evaluation of the wound and an exact etiological diagnosis are the main conditions for successful therapy.
