"Know Quiz"- site bazat pe tehnologii WEB 2.0 dedicat educatiei copiilor şcolari | ["Know Quiz" site - based on WEB 2.0 Technologies Aimed for Children education]

Abstract

This paper presents the design of a Web 2.0 site aimed at children named “KnowQuiz”. This Web 2.0 site allows the child to interact in a virtual space. This is more interesting for the child instead of having a passive viewing of the content created for him. This Web application presents tests from different domains such as math, biology, informatics, history geography, or health promotion. Each user, after having answered the questions will find some interesting information referring to the chosen domain. After each question, an animation will appear. The main character of these animations is a character modeled and animated using Autodesk Maya 2011. In designing the site we used also other technologies like JSP, HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery.
