Abstract

Neonatal hypothyroidism is a rare disease and represents a challenging diagnosis. In this paper, we present a case report of such a case. We underline the clinical aspects that could raise the diagnosis suspicion. It is presented also the differential diagnoses along with the lab exams that are needed for a correct diagnosis.
