Abstract

We present a case of a boy 2 years old, diagnosed initially with left orbital pseudotumor and lymphocytosis. After tumor removal, its histopathology and immunophenotyping of bone marrow aspirate sample was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Ocular damage is a rare manifestation of acute lymphoblastic leukemia onset in children.
