Abstract

Functional deficiencies of the dental-maxillary partial edentulism accompanying steady state and the repercussions on the entire body are numerous. If until now the patient was brought to treatment by failure masticatory, today dominate the clinical picture and aesthetic deficiencies represent overriding the patient presented in the dental office. The most dramatic sign of toothless partial is the modification of cranial mandibula relations which changes the proportions affecting the face, profile, and its symmetry. This phenomenon is very obvious when there is partial edentulism stretched crowding.
