Abstract

In the last year, food is an important and, sometimes determinant factor for human pathology. In this context, the important key to promoting healthy food and maintaining population health is the food legislation which is changed in accordance with the food pathology, market needs, and others. Therefore, Regulation (EU) no 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers must be applied by all European Union Member States, including Romania.
