Abstract

General considerations: The therapeutic relationship fulfills a fundamental role in diagnostic acceptance. Methods: The study has been realized in the period 2008-2016, on a sample of 200 patients. This theory was confirmed by a mixed and prospective study, in line with the data in the medical literature. Results: Results were (globally) consistent with the results of similar studies. New aspects have also been highlighted regarding diagnostic acceptance in relation to the therapeutic relationship in patients with psychosomatic disorders. The working hypothesis was confirmed by the results. Conclusions (on a single study test – no. 5): The therapeutic relationship quantified by the patient’s satisfaction index is in a relationship directly proportional to the degree of psychosomatic impairment.
