Abstract

The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the radiological and ultrasound of patients with hand pain, identify the lesions and staging of the specific changes in rheumatoid arthritis at different stages of development, compare the assessment of imaging methods, and correct assessment of the method for establishing a correct and early diagnosis. The ultrasound exam has been a major contribution to the assessment and staging of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, is superior to the clinical and radiological examination for synovitis, an important role in therapy and the definition of remission of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
