Abstract

The malpraxis insurance does not provide a full protection of a medical practitioner, as the physician can be juridical responsible for his/her medical and also ethical attitude taking into account the complexity of the medical practice, the objective and possible subjective factors conditioning the physician-patients relationship and in the context of the general ethical principle of human being’s respect.
