Locul radiografiei și tomografiei convenționale în stabilirea suspiciunii de malignitate a opacităților pulmonare nodulare | [The role of X-ray and convetional tomography in establishing malignancy suspicion of nodular pulmonary opacities]

Up to day, computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provide the best and most detailed information concerning pulmonary nodules’ presence, location, size, and morphological features. This is also true for the hilar and the mediastinal lymph nodes. However, conventional X-ray is still a useful tool in pulmonary nodules diagnosis.Published
