Abstract

Background: Everyone can get in the position of being a patient and everybody has the right to decide for him. Numerous studies related to patient satisfaction have been made in the world, but only a few have been realized in Romania, in the last years. Methods: This research is focused on the results of a response of patients from the Surgical Department at Brasov County Hospital to a questionnaire with 35 questions. Results: The articles are based on the results of a questionnaire and demonstrate the quality of satisfaction of our patients. Conclusion: In this study, we succeeded in evaluating the satisfaction of patients related to the information and the ability of communication between doctors and patients.
