Abstract

There are many studies that incriminate traditional smoking and its involvement as a risk factor in various disorders. In recent years, legislation has made it possible to restrict and ban smoking in public places, and educating young people about these effects seems to have reduced the number of smokers. The emergence and very rapid imposition on the market of electronic smoking - electronic cigarette/ iQOS (without combustion or with flavored solutions) was originally made as an alternative to helping tobacco addicts to give up. However, advertisements, product designs, and aromas available make them sometimes agreed upon by young people who start to use them. It is imposed a careful comparative analysis of the products available on the market and the possible effects that they can cause, so that people will make the right decisions, on a scientific basis for their (non)use.
