Managerial change inside organisations

Abstract

In a dynamic environment, change could lead to high transformations at high levels for the organization. Given that the organization will evolve into an economic subject of Europeanization, any change that affects the economic position of their trading partners has direct and indirect repercussions on the environment of the European organization. These papers aim to present the challenges, dimensions of organizational changes, and their impact on the organization’s performances caused by the global economic crisis on the management strategic dimension.
