Abstract

In this paper I tried to describe the stretching, the methods being used and the benefits of the stretching in training the soccer players. Soccer games are usually of high intensity, and can be stressful on any athlete body. The best way to reduce most of this stress and keep yourself feeling good during the game is by stretching before the game, and practice. Stretching or doing a warm-up can help a player prepare mentally and physically for the game.
