Study upon the Evaluation of the Bio-Motive Capacity Speed at the Level of 9-10 Year-Old Primary School Pupils in the City of Brasov

Abstract

The evaluation of the motive capacity at the level of 9-10 year-old pupils constitutes a major objective for specialists in the field of physical and sports education. From the study carried out upon a sample of 238 boys and 225 girls at the level of primary schools in the city of Brasov, there ensues the diminution of the speed capacity as compared to the level marked during the previous testing at national level, which imposes the administration within the lesson of several acting means that should contribute to a rise in the level of the speed capacity, which has priority character at this age.
