Abstract

The didactic skill is a synthesis of all general human and psycho-didactic features of the teacher’s personality. It presupposes besides passion and comprehension, a thorough and multilateral preparation, receptivity to the new, creative spirit, resourcefulness, and the skill of reacting according to the requirements of a concrete situation; it is the capacity to promptly, adequately, and efficiently operate with certain procedures and methods in different conditions so that great performances could be obtained in the instruction and education of pupils/ students.
