Abstract

The present paper wants to emphasize the important role of management in social work organizations. Management does not mean only complying with certain steps in order to maintain the organization on the social market, but it also means promoting leadership behaviors in order to achieve the objectives of the organization, staff motivation, it means communication, and cooperation.
