Abstract

The author presents the Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market. In context, the principles on which the directive is based are presented, as well as the relations between its dispositions and the dispositions of community labor law. At the same time, are analyzed the main provisions of the directive in the light of the jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice.
