Abstract

Criminal law enforcement doubled by the observance of the principle of criminal legality implies the identification of that which was meant to be said throughout the elaborated criminal law. In its ideal state, the criminal law should be as clear and as precisely drafted, that its simple reading should lead to the clear will of the legislator. This type of ideal is never reached; it was even said that finding the real will of the legislator as it was written in the criminal law was the real drama of the interpreter.
