Price Adjustment in Public Procurements

Abstract

Public Procurements are concluded, usually, for a fixed price, that cannot be changed for the entire period when the contract is in force. This clause is written in almost every contract of public procurements and even more, the price is a factor of evaluation, decisive in adjudication of public procurements.
